We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented High-Volume Production Assistant to join our team. This role supports the High-Volume Production Supervisor and provides leadership within the production environment, ensuring smooth operations, maintaining quality standards, and promoting a safe workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Provide support and direction to production staff and Line Leaders.
- Step in to manage production lines as needed.
- Conduct quality checks and enforce safety standards.
- Maintain accurate production records and help implement process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in manufacturing or production, with leadership responsibilities preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting physical demands such as lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer skills; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is an asset.
Work Environment:
- Must be able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures and conditions.
- Flexibility to work extended hours or Saturdays during peak production times.
